How We Can Communicate with You

We will communicate with you by the method and in the language of your choice in order to make communication as simple as possible.

Several of our staff are able to speak community languages, and we will do our best to find someone who can help you in your preferred language.  If we can't communicate with you in your preferred language we will use an interpreter from our service provider The Big Word Interpreting Service.

As well as speaking to you in your preferred language we will take into account how you want to communicate be communicated with.  We are happy to communicate with you face to face, by letter, over the phone, by text and by email.  If you have a specific preference please let us know.

We have a Welsh Language Scheme which has been approved by the Welsh Language Board, which re-affirms your right to communicate with us in Welsh, and to receive responses in Welsh.
