Can Taff provide more links to other services and more ways of accessing information.  Taff Housing now has active Facebook page and Twitter account. You can find out all sorts of info on these pages. 
Can we display resident and community group meetings for the coming year There is now a list giving the dates for all our resident meetings for the year available in reception. There is also a list on the website and events are publicised on Facebook - like us to get get updates!
Can calls from Taff Housing staff have a number displayed so we can see who is calling? Our number will now display on the majority of call that we make. 
Can reception staff wear name badges to identify who they are? All reception staff now wear name badges

Can you have less options on your telephone answer message?

We now only have 5 options instead of 8. 
 
Can we have one telephone number for emergency repairs?
 
 You just ring our main number 02920 259100 for emergency repairs only.
 
It would be easier if I could pay my rent using my debit card.
We now have a ‘Chip & Pin’ Machine. You can now come into our office or pay over the phone.
 
It is sometimes difficult to find information on your website
 
We have now improved navigation - you can hover over each tab to see what information is contained in that section
Can you do more for kids and young people?
We ran an activity programme at Christmas and during February half term we ran longer activity sessions for young people, for example street dance.  We are establishing a Young People's Panel at the moment. Watch out for our Easter Programme!
Can you help us access affordable loans?
We are working in close partnership with the Cardiff Credit Union, and now you can open up and account and make payments in your Cardiff Credit Union account in our offices. 
Can you assist us more if we want to find other households to Mutually Exchange with, in and outside of Cardiff?
We are now members Of Home Swapper. (www.homeswapper.co.uk)  This is the largest mutual exchange service for council and housing association tenants wanting to swap homes..
Can we have a fridge magnet with your contact details on?
Magnets are now in stock.  Please ask at Reception
Can you provide a greater choice of food at your events?
We now provide a variety of food at our events including vegetarian, halal and vegan options. We always ask prospective attendees to highlight any special dietary requirements in order to cater for everyone.
Can you provide childcare so I can attend one of your events? We can provide childcare if you attend certain events arranged by us. Funding is limited so this may not be provided at every event
