Tenant Participation Advisory Service (TPAS)

TPAS Cymru is the leading tenant participation organisation in Wales, helping to make effective participation a reality. Since 1988, TPAS Cymru has worked nationally to promote and support effective, sustainable partnerships between tenants and social landlords. They provide a wide range of services including quality training, conferences, research and information.

Welsh Tenants’ Federation (WTF)

The Welsh Tenants’ Federation (WTF) is a rights based organisation whose role is to respond to issues raised by members and to act as the representative voice of tenants in Wales. They provide information, advice and support to both members and tenants. A range of information leaflets are available to download from their website, on topics including dealing with rent arrears, repairs, tenants’ key rights and tenant involvement.
