Many of our objectives can only be achieved by operating in partnership with others. Our key partnerships are now with the Welsh Government (WG), Cardiff Council, the Vale of Glamorgan Council, Newport Council and the Integrate Consortium.  

The Integrate consortium was set up by 7 like-minded, high performing Associations (CCHA, Cadwyn, Newydd, Pembrokeshire, Coastal, Taff, UWHA and Valleys to Coast). Integrate has made significant progress creating a stable supply chain, setting up new collaborative contracts in a number of areas. Taff has contributed to many areas of work involved in the setting up of the Integrate framework and has worked with Integrate partners to incorporate social inclusion clauses including targeted training and recruitment into development and maintenance contracts. 

Additionally, the Cardiff Integrate partners are increasingly joining forces to promote innovation and good practice in other areas of activity, such as housing management and community development.   Other partnerships have been formed with a range of organisations from the voluntary and statutory sectors, such as our Managing Partners, Refugee & BME organisations.
