Code of Practice
All contractors on our new developments are registered with the Considerate Contractors Scheme and its code of practice.
Our 4 projects, Earl Lane, Cwrt Y Bradgy, Cwrt Wessex and Saint Canna Court, cost £5.6 million and created homes for 106 people. As well as this, during the construction of the projects there was a combined investment of £11.1 million into the Welsh Economy. We did this by using local suppliers, contractors and subcontractors as well as employing apprentices and local labour.
