Board Recruitment 2015

We are seeking independent members to join Taff's Board.  In particular, we would welcome applications from people with the following skills and expertise:

  • Human Resources/Change management
  • Health, Social Care & Support, in particular a knowledge of funding regimes and procurement
  • Risk management/experience of operating in a commercial environment
  • IT/Business applications
  • Marketing, communications and public affairs

We are keen to ensure gender balance and ethnic diversity on our Board, so applications are particularly welcome from members of the BME community and/or women.

A commitment to Taff's values and the ability to attend up to 12 meetings each year are essential.

Please note there is a separate process for Tenant Board Members which has already been publicised amongst our residents - see Policy below.

As well as elected places, there are also co-optee places available. Co-optees with relevant skills may be invited to take a place on the Board as part of our Succession Planning for Board renewal.

Elections will take place at our AGM on September 15th 2015.  Application forms, which must be returned by September 10th, are available below or from the Corporate Services Team at our Head Office.
