We do not keep spare keys to your home. If you lose your key and the lock have to be forced, you will be charged for the damage caused to any door and for any replacement locks and keys supplied. It is therefore a good idea to leave a spare set of keys with a relative or friend.
If you are locked out during office hours, you can either arrange to have the lock changed privately yourself or contact Taff and we can arrange for a Locksmith to attend and we will Recharge you for the works carried out. The Recharge Invoice will be sent to you for payment.
Outside of office hours: If you would like Taff Housing to arrange for a locksmith to gain access for you out of office hours please contact us on 02920 259 100 or Freephone 0800 121 6064 (landline only). You will be directed to our out of hours Emergency service who will arrange for a locksmith to attend and again the Recharge Invoice will be sent to you for payment.
