We have a number of ways in which you can pay. If you want to pay your rent please go to our Ways to Pay Your Rent section

If you are having difficulties in paying your rent please talk to us, as we can help you get the housing and council tax benefit you are entitled to, and we can even help you access professional debt advice services.

We may also be able to arrange some practical support to help you through our Tenants Support Team

We are here to help, so if you having difficulty in paying your rent, please phone us on 029 2025 9100 or on Freephone 0800 121 6064. We know you will find it helpful to talk to us. The worst thing you can do is bury your head in the sand and not do anything –please talk to us.
