Your Tenancy

It’s important that you know your rights and your responsibilities as a Tenant. We want to make sure that you enjoy your home and we also carry out our responsibilities as a Landlord to the best standards. We also expect you and your neighbours to abide by the terms and conditions of your Tenancy Agreement.

We will not hesitate to take action against any Tenant who engages in abusive or nuisance behaviour. Taff is also committed to working with other agencies to stop Domestic Abuse and we will do what we can to help victims and to punish perpetrators; this will include eviction where appropriate.

If you are suffering from nuisance or domestic abuse please phone us and we will do what we can to help  -  029 2025 9100 or on Freephone 0800 121 6064. (Free from Land-line - some mobile companies will charge for this service)

For confidential advice and assistance we would recommend you contact Cardiff Women’s Aid on 029 2046 0566 or Safer Wales on 02920 220033  if you are a male victim.
